（中央社記者黃巧雯台北2日電）中韓FTA昨天正式簽署，總統馬英九今天說，「對台灣當然會有衝擊」，恐影響傳產、紡織、工具機、機械產品。
馬總統表示，兩岸服務貿易協議、兩岸協議監督條例至今還卡全名英檢在立法院，他呼籲立法院能加速審查，「台灣不能夠再落後」。
